FEAST OF OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE - SCHEDULE AND SPONSORS

The feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe falls on Sunday, December 12th. It is also the third Sunday of Advent. In consultation with the parish pastoral team and the Latino committee, the following is the schedule for Our Lady of Guadalupe to be held at Mater Christi.

Sunday, December 12th - Mater Christi Site - 2401 S 10th Ave. North Riverside

4:30 am - Church opens
5:00 am - Mariachi and bilingual narration of the Apparitions
5:45 am - Liturgy of the Word - Homily by Bishop Kevin Birmingham
6:30 am - Blessing of Roses and Holy Cards
6:45 am - Hot Chocolate and Pan Dulce (outside)

We need sponsors to cover the costs of the Feast Day. Would you be a sponsor or make a donation for one of these items for the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe?

Roses - $600
Hospitality - $300
Holy Cards - $150
Stipend - $200
Stoles - $100
Total - $2,650

Please drop off your donation to the parish offices located at 40 E. Burlington to the attention of Matt Brophy. Please make check payable to St. Mary Parish or Mater Christi parish.
